Yoga is truly the science of living. Many come to Yoga for the physical practice, but are inexplicably drawn deeper by the sense that more than strength and flexibility are being offered. That in the philosophy lies the opportunity to live more abundant lives: lives of greater ease, joy, purpose, and meaning. In our practice, we expand on ALL that yoga has to offer. Breath and flow become the portals to self-awareness, renewal and restoration. Inspiring music, poetry, and ancient wisdom teachings encourage surrender tonew ways of seeing the world and ourselves. Challenging yet compassionate postures meet us where we are, deepening body awareness and setting the foundation for growth. Discussion, tools for self-care and even between-practice "assignments" are offered to enrich understanding. Within this small group setting, you will have the opportunity to explore your body AND many of life’s big questions, including how to live without fear, discover your purpose, and enhance your health, happiness and well-being .
